Marshmallow Pops
Aren’t these the cutest?? Shawn of the blog I Wash, You Dry creates a zombie, bat, witch, and skeleton pops just using chocolate, marshmallows, candy eyeballs, and sprinkles. Sounds easy, right?? These would be perfect for hosting a Halloween party, especially one for the kiddos. You can find the recipe here
Festive Pretzels
I’m obsessed with these candy eyeballs. They show up all over Pinterest on Halloween goodies, and these pretzels look super cute with them. Wendy at The Monday Box shows how to make a pumpkin, a ghost, an owl, and a mummy. She shows how to make each one in 2-4 very helpful photos. These would also be so cute and make people of all ages smile at your Halloween party. Check these out on her blog
Mummy Pumpkin Cookies
These cookies are Halloween in a little pie crust wrapped package. Cinnamon sugar and pie crust and pumpkin—yummmm! These seem super quick and easy to make, the filling needs spices that you probably already have in your pantry. And those cute candy eyes again! OMG Chocolate Desserts is killing it with these cuties, check them out
Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies
If you are looking for something without candy eyes but still has a Halloween theme, look no further than these fantastically orange cream cheese brownies. These would be perfect for any Halloween gathering, or even if you want to eat them yourself while waiting for trick-or-treaters. Leave out the orange food coloring if you want them to be “normal” too, or maybe add different colors for different holidays. The recipe is here
Mini Bats
These need four ingredients—that’s right, FOUR! They’re the perfect bite size little bat for your chocolate fix. All you do is pop Oreo cookies onto mini Reeses, add those cute candy eyes and head out the door to your party. These would be perfect in a pinch or for anyone who isn’t very crafty. Check them out on Chelsea’s Messy Apron- she has tons of great ideas for a Halloween party!
